DIRECTIONS TO COMMUNITY ACTION COMMITTEE
Route 3 south from Boston to Sagamore Bridge. Continue over the Sagamore Bridge - you will be on Rte 6. Take Exit 6 (Hyannis, Barnstable); stay on the right on the "off-ramp", which will take you onto Rte. 132. Go through 2 sets of lights and take right on to Bearse’s Way. Follow straight through two sets of lights. After round-about take first right on to Stevens Street; then take first right on to North Street. Community Action Committee of Cape Cod and Islands is the third building on right at 372 North Street.
Route 495 south will turn into Route 25 to the Bourne Bridge. Go over the Bridge to rotary, take 3rd exit off of the rotary (Hyannis). Follow this road, which is parallel to the Cape Cod Canal, up to the set of lights. You will take a right at the lights, this will bring you to Route 6. Take Exit 6 (Hyannis, Barnstable), stay to the right on the "off-ramp". This will bring you onto Rte 132. Go through 2 sets of lights and take right on to Bearse’s Way. Lower-Cape (Provincetown) from "Commercial Street" go Southwest toward Gosnold St. Turn right onto Gosnold St. Turn right onto (rte. 6A)/Bradford St. Turn left onto Conwell St. Turn slight right onto Rte. 6 W for 25 miles. At rotary take 2nd exit (rte.6 W/ Mid-Cape Hwy.). Take exit 7 and take a left off the exit on to Willow Street. Follow straight through to Rte. 28. Cross route 28 and follow to end. At the end take right on to Main Street. Follow Main Street through one set of lights and take right at second set of lights , then take your first left on to North Street. Follow straight through three sets of lights. Community Action Committee of Cape Cod and the Islands will be on your right at 372 North Street.
