H.O.P.E. Project (Harmonic Outreach Project Educator)YOU MAY NOW BE ELIGIBLE FOR FREE OR AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE. The H.O.P.E. Project provides uninsured/underinsured Cape Cod and Islands residents with access to health care services and to a primary care provider. You may now be eligible for free or affordable health care. There is access to health care services available for all children, many families and adults. The H.O.P.E. Project offers eligibility screenings for Public Health Insurance Programs and seeks to ensure that 35,000 Cape Cod and Islands residents, currently uninsured, are assisted with enrollment and linked. These programs offer free or low-cost health care coverage to eligible families including access to clinics, doctors, and dentists, well-child screenings, and some inpatient hospital services and prescription drug coverage.
