Please consider underwriting the cost of a gift card for a family of 4 ($75) or a family of five or more ($100). ANY size gift card or donation will help us help others.

Once you submit the Commitment form below, you will be able to make your donation online or bring your donation to our office.

If you are making an in-person donation, please bring your donation to CACCI (372 North St, Hyannis) between 8:30am-3:30 pm, M-F.  Reception staff will take your donation. Please wear a mask.

We ask that all donations be received by Friday, November 8, 2024
